Functions: Terms & Conditions

To ensure your function is a complete success, the following Terms and Conditions apply.

Tentative Bookings
Tentative booking will be held for a period of seven (7) days. Once this period has expired we are under no obligation to hold the date.

Deposit
In order to confirm your booking the deposit is required within seven (7) days of the tentative reservation.
The deposit will be used for room hire if the minimum spend is not met.

Payment
Settlement of your account is required at the end of the function. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Confirmation of numbers
Confirmation of numbers is required seven (7) days prior to function date.

Final Details
Function details must be finalised seven (7) days prior to function date. Menu selection must be made at least five (5) days prior.

Function Cancellation
Any function cancelled more than two (2) months prior to the date will be reimbursed the full deposit. Any cancellation of less than two (2) months prior will receive no refund of deposit due to the popularity and advanced bookings of the rooms.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Pugg Mahones staff are trained in the Liquor Licensing Accredited "Responsible Service of Alcohol" and by law may refuse to serve alcohol to any person who is believed to be intoxicated. RSA laws apply at all times.

When a booking is confirmed, it is made subject to the above terms and conditions.
